00:28 Jan 17 2013 S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital, Manglabagh, Professors Colony, Cuttack, Odisha, India

Description
From ToI:
"If a poor patient requires neurosurgery urgently, then he will have to wait for at least three months to go under the knife at SCB Medical College and Hospital here. The neurosurgery ward of the state's premier hospital, which is the only hope of thousands of poor patient in the state, is ailing due to acute shortage of doctors, paramedics and infrastructure.

The 34-bed neurosurgery ward has only one operation theatre. On an average the department receives 15 trauma cases and five non-trauma cases daily. But the department has only two doctors, a professor and an associate professor, to conduct surgeries. Two posts of assistant professors are lying vacant for quite some time now."
